Keith is a Welsh wood carver, based in Cardiff, South Wales who specialises in producing unique carvings in traditional indigenous wood.

Amongst other items, Keith carves tradition Welsh Love Spoons. The first love spoons were simple soup (cawl) spoons carved by Welsh men in the 16th century. They presented them to the young Welsh woman they intended to marry. If accepted as a gift, all was well, but if sent it back, then it was a sign of rejection.

Over time the love spoon became established as a Celtic symbol of love and marriage. As the centuries have passed, love spoons have evolved into gifts between friends and loved ones for any, and all, occasions. They are ideal gifts for Weddings, Anniversaries and Valentines day.

When not carving Keith enjoys gardening, horse riding in the Brecon Beacons and is a supporter of the Welsh rugby team.

Keith is a member of the British Woodcarvers Association.
